It is independently tested and certified, with a minimum of 83 mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MGO) and a UMF 5+ rating.

Thick and rich with a warm caramel flavour, it is an easy, versatile jar for everyday use, whether that is the morning spoon, a sweetener for tea, or a drizzle over breakfast. 100% pure New Zealand honey, independently tested, with nothing added.
