Terms and Conditions - Manuka Hut Gift Cards

1. Gift Card Validity and Usage

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Must be redeemed on the Manuka Hut website
  • Can be used for full or partial payment of goods
  • Any remaining balance stays valid until the expiry date or until no value remains

2. General Conditions

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund
  • No change will be given for purchases less than the card value
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds
  • Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards

3. Electronic Delivery

  • Gift cards are issued electronically via email
  • The recipient must provide the electronic gift card code at checkout
  • Physical gift card designs are for illustrative purposes only

4. Balance and Expiry

  • Balance enquiries can be made online at manukahut.com.au
  • Expired gift cards cannot be extended or refunded
  • Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited

5. Right to Refuse

  • Manuka Hut reserves the right to refuse transactions where fraud is suspected
  • Manuka Hut reserves the right to cancel gift cards obtained fraudulently
  • Gift cards remain the property of Manuka Hut

6. Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law
  • Manuka Hut reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
